Tampa Sports Academy 2014 Service Awards

The Tampa Sports Academy SERVICE AWARDS celebration is an award ceremony to raise funds for two very deserving non-profit organizations, We Believe in Me and Vet Sports. Tampa Sports Academy is committed to supporting under-served high school youth and the military veteran population and selected these partners because of their missions to serve these populations through athletics.


The Tampa Sports Academy SERVICE AWARDS celebration will be held at the Florida Aquarium in downtown Tampa on Tuesday May 20, 2014 from 7-11PM. This events unique venue will provide a beautiful and entertaining back drop where attendees can mingle and network, bid on silent auction items and learn more about the non-profits that will benefit from sponsorship. Tickets for the event will be available for purchase online in advance of the event and sold at the door, which provides entrance into the aquarium, parking, appetizers, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and an opportunity to participate in the silent auction. The event is being held on the first night of the Special Operations Forces Industry Conference (SOFIC) so that our active duty, veteran and military industry community, many of whom visit Tampa once a year for this great conference, can support our military veterans by attending the SERVICE AWARDS celebration.


Two individuals were honored at the Tampa Sports Academy SERVICE AWARDS. The first went to an outstanding military veteran who has exhibited leadership and passion in serving the military veteran community and the second award went to an outstanding high school football coach who has been a great leader on and off the field.
